Ingredients

  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 2 large onions
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cans chicken noodle soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped onions and celery in oil until soft.
  2. Add chopped hamburger and cook until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat from the meat mixture.
  4. In a large casserole bowl, combine the two cans of cream of mushroom soup and mix well.
  5. Add the cooked meat mixture to the soup mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Top the casserole with one can of chow mein noodles.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
