Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. Brown onion and ground beef in margarine.
  2. Add salt, chili powder, catsup, cream of chicken soup, and water.
  3. Cook slowly for 20 to 30 minutes until the desired thickness.
  4. Meanwhile, cook elbow macaroni according to package directions.
  5. Place cooked macaroni on a platter or individual plates.
  6. Top with the chili mixture and serve.
