Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream-style corn, drained whole kernel corn, sour cream, beaten egg, and melted margarine.
  3. Add the Jiffy corn muffin mix to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
