Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. carrot
  • 1 c. cauliflower
  • 1 c. broccoli
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Bring water, salt, and margarine to a boil.
  2. Add vegetables. Bring to a boil again and turn heat down low.
  3. Simmer until all vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve while hot.
