Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can shoe peg corn
  • 16 oz. can French-cut green beans
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 stick melted oleo

Instructions

  1. Drain the shoe peg corn and green beans.
  2. Mix the corn, green beans, grated cheese, chopped onions, chopped green pepper, sour cream, and cream of celery soup together.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 12 x 9-inch baking pan.
  4. Top with melted oleo (butter) and a mixture of crushed Cheez-Its crackers and melted butter.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
