Ingredients

  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 3/4 c. shredded carrot
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. celery seed

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, and chopped onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together plain low-fat yogurt, reduced-calorie salad dressing or mayonnaise, prepared mustard, salt, pepper, and celery seed.
  3. Pour the dressing mixture over the cabbage, carrot, and onion, and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
