Corn Bread Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked and cut up beef, ham or chicken
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked peas
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can carrots
  • 3/4 c. diced cheese
  • 1 (13 oz.) can Pet milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix meat, vegetables, cheese, 1 cup milk, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Pour into greased baking dish or shallow 2-quart casserole.
  3. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until bubbly at edges.
