Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bake cornbread and let cool.
  2. Chop celery, green pepper, tomatoes, and boiled eggs, then mix together.
  3. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes.
  4. Crumble cornbread and add to the other ingredients.
