Ingredients

  • 1 can kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 2 chopped pieces onion
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. cooking wine
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, braise chopped onion in butter until softened.
  2. Add cooking wine slowly to the onions and cook for a minute.
  3. Add both cans of corn to the saucepan and stir well.
  4. Pour in milk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Heat through and serve hot.
