Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lemon gelatin
  • 1 c hot water
  • 1 c mayo
  • 1 pt cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c chopped celery
  • 1/2 c chopped almonds
  • 1 large peeled and diced cucumber
  • 1 small grated onion
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon gelatin in hot water.
  2. Stir in salt and vinegar until well combined.
  3. Add remaining ingredients: mayo, cottage cheese, chopped celery, chopped almonds, diced cucumber, grated onion.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold or pan.
  5. Chill until set before serving.
