Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • dash of pepper
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and pat it dry.
  2. Mix crushed corn flakes, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in milk, then coat well with the corn flake mixture.
  4. Melt butter in a shallow pan over medium heat.
  5. Place the coated chicken skin side down in the melted butter and cook.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  7. Turn the chicken and bake for an additional 15 to 30 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
