Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 heaping Tbsp flour
  • 2 Tbsp soft butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine creamed corn, sugar, salt, flour, eggs, milk, and softened butter, mixing until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
  5. Serve warm.
