Ingredients

  • 1 cut up chicken
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Rinse off the chicken and pat dry.
  2. Melt the butter and set aside to cool.
  3. Crush the corn flakes with a rolling pin.
  4. Blend the cooled butter with paprika.
  5. Dip the chicken pieces into the butter mixture, then roll them in the crushed corn flakes, covering all sides.
  6. Place the coated chicken on a cookie sheet.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 1 hour, or until the chicken is crisp and cooked through.
