Ingredients

  • 17 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 17 oz can creamed corn
  • 2 cups Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 cup shell macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 med onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion and bell pepper in margarine until tender.
  2. Melt Velveeta cheese in milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. Combine the drained whole kernel corn, creamed corn, cooked macaroni, sautéed vegetables, and melted cheese mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake covered at 350°F for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
