- Cook corn in boiling salted water for 2 mins, until just tender. Drain.
- Preheat broiler. Line a baking tray with foil. Arrange corn cobs on tray. Mix together butter, Parmesan and parsley. Season. Brush over corn and broil for 2-3 mins, until hot.
