Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can white cream-style corn
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup half and half cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Mix creamed corn, beaten egg, sugar, flour, and nutmeg until blended.
  2. Add half and half cream and fold in frozen corn.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Dot the top with butter.
  5. Bake at 300°F until the corn pudding is thick, about an hour.
