Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages instant butterscotch pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. Cut butter into flour, blend well and add chopped pecans.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 1/2 x 11-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes. Watch closely.
  4. Allow to cool before adding the filling.
