Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can cream-style corn
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. scalded milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the mixture to the cream-style corn.
  3. Stir in the melted butter and beaten eggs.
  4. Pour in the scalded milk and mix until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Place the casserole in a pan of water.
  7. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
