Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix all ingredients except cheese.
  3. Pour mixture over melted margarine in the casserole; do not stir.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the top when done and serve.
