Corn Scallop Casserole
A creamy corn casserole with green pepper and onion, topped with buttery cracker crumbs, perfect as a comforting side dish for family dinners or gatherings.

Instructions
- Mix cream-style corn, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper in a bowl.
- Place half of the corn mixture in the bottom of a 1-quart buttered casserole dish.
- Sprinkle half of the cracker crumbs over the corn mixture.
- Add the remaining corn mixture on top.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cracker crumbs over the top.
- Mix canned milk, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and pour over the casserole.
- Dab butter on the top of the casserole.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
