- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a medium saucepan.
- Sauté chopped onion and chopped celery until soft.
- Remove from heat and add cream-style corn and 3/4 cup water; stir.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Place stuffing mix in a large bowl.
- Pour the hot corn mixture over the stuffing mix and mix lightly.
- Add the egg yolks and combine.
- Shape the mixture into 10 to 12 balls.
- Spray a shallow baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
- Place the balls in the dish.
- Pour 1 stick of melted butter over the balls.
- Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
