Ingredients

  • 1 pan baked cornbread
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 package chicken base
  • 4 chicken breasts, boiled
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken with chopped onions and celery.
  2. Remove bones from the chicken and mix the meat with crumbled cornbread and broth from the boiling process.
  3. Add beaten eggs, salt, and pepper to taste into the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Bake until golden and heated through.
