Ingredients

  • 1 qt. chicken broth
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8-inch) pone cornbread, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cook fatty portions of chicken to make broth or use canned broth.
  2. Cook onions and celery in butter until tender.
  3. Crumble cornbread into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add stuffing mix.
  5. Add all liquids and mix well.
  6. Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
