Ingredients

  • 12 oz. can corned beef, broken up finely
  • 2 to 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 small package lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon jello in 1 cup of boiling water.
  2. Stir until the jello is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the corned beef, chopped eggs, onion, green pepper, and chopped celery to the jello mixture.
  4. Stir well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a Tupperware ring mold or into two small bowls.
  6. Refrigerate overnight until set.
