Ingredients

  • 1 tin corned beef
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except flour in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Lightly roll each patty in flour.
  4. Fry the patties in hot oil, butter, or margarine until browned.
  5. Serve on toast or a bed of grits.
