Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can corn kernels (undrained)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 box Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red and green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until set and golden.
