Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 c. cottage cheese

Instructions

  2. Cut in butter and oil until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Beat eggs slightly.
  4. Add beaten eggs and cottage cheese to the mixture.
  5. Knead the dough and form into a ball.
