Ingredients

  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cream together all ingredients with a mixer except cinnamon.
  2. Pour the mixture over the prepared crust.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes until set and golden.
