Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 cup frozen cut green beans
  • 10 oz. cooked chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crisp.
  2. In hot drippings, cook onion and oregano until tender.
  3. Stir in cream of chicken soup, water, potatoes, and carrots. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in green beans; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in crumbled bacon, cooked chicken, and parsley. Heat through.
