Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn (not drained)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the Cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
  3. Bake at 350°F for approximately 45 minutes.
  4. Halfway through baking, sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and continue baking until melted and golden.
