Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
