County Fair Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (17 oz.) can peas, drained

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni; drain. Combine ground beef, onion and seasonings in heavy saucepan. Stir in sour cream and soup.
  2. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in macaroni. Spoon mixture into casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
