Crab Bacon Roll-Ups are savory bites featuring tender crabmeat wrapped in crispy bacon, seasoned with onion and red pepper, perfect for appetizers or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 oz can crabmeat
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper

Instructions

  1. Saute the chopped onion in butter until translucent; remove and set aside.
  2. Add crabmeat, salt, and ground red pepper to the butter, tossing until crab absorbs the flavors.
  3. Cut bacon slices in half crosswise.
  4. Place about 1 teaspoon of crab mixture on each bacon half and roll up, fastening with a toothpick.
  5. Place the rolls on an ungreased pan and broil until the bacon is crispy.
  6. Drain well and serve hot.
