Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pound fresh or frozen broccoli
  • 3/4 pound crabmeat, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups unseasoned stuffing, moistened with water
  • 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Blend the cream of celery soup with the milk.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a buttered 8-inch square baking dish, layer half of the broccoli.
  4. Top with half of the crabmeat.
  5. Cover with half of the stuffing.
  6. Pour over half of the soup mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with half of the grated Cheddar cheese.
  8. Repeat the layers with remaining broccoli, crabmeat, stuffing, soup mixture, and cheese.
  9. Cover with the remaining cheese.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
