Creamy, flavorful crab dip with Parmesan, pimentos, and spices, perfect for sharing at parties or casual gatherings alongside crackers or vegetables. Rich and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans crab meat
  • 4 packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 packet onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 2 tablespoons diced pimentos
  • 1 small green pepper, diced
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • celery salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, except wine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve on Triscuits or your choice of crackers.
  7. Open the bottle of white wine and enjoy.
