Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 oz. can Alaskan snow crab meat
  • 3/4 cup grated Cheddar or Jack cheese
  • 3/4 cup hot Pepper Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Drain and slice the crab meat.
  2. Combine the crab meat with grated cheeses, beaten eggs, milk, and minced green onions.
  3. Line a 9-inch pie plate with 5 triangles of refrigerated crescent rolls and press together to form a crust.
  4. Spoon the crab mixture into the crust.
  5. Top with the remaining triangles of crescent roll dough.
  6. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown.
