  1. Chop and sauté onions in Parkay margarine until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté together until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh or thawed snow crab and cook briefly.
  4. Stir in dill and creamed corn.
  5. Hold at this point; just before serving, heat the mixture.
  6. Add heavy cream to the chowder.
  7. Garnish with a thin slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh dill.
  8. Serve hot.
