Oyster Stuffed Mushrooms

- Cut stems out of mushrooms, leaving a niche for stuffing. Saute mushroom caps in 2 tablespoons butter; set aside.
- Saute green onions, garlic, and chopped stems of mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter.
- Add chopped oysters and cook until oysters curl.
- Add breadcrumb-Parmesan cheese mixture, then bind with the beaten egg. Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture.
- Place a slice of Cheddar cheese on top of each mushroom and put under the broiler for browning.
