Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 oz. can crab meat
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Drain the crab meat and mix it with diced onions and chopped water chestnuts.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, and mayonnaise, then mix into the crab mixture.
  3. Taste the mixture and add pepper and paprika as desired.
  4. Serve the crab luau with crackers or slices of black rye bread.
