Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers or pickles, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 4 hot dog rolls

Instructions

  1. Combine crabmeat with finely diced celery, cucumbers or pickles, chopped green onions, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Chill the mixture until ready to serve.
  3. Toast open-faced hot dog rolls under a toaster oven or broiler until brown.
  4. Spoon the crab salad into the toasted rolls.
  5. Serve while the rolls are still warm.
