Shrimp Deviled Egg Aspic

Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
- Simmer together the tomato juice, salt, sugar, garlic salt, and dried onion soup for 15 minutes.
- Allow the mixture to cool.
- Stir the dissolved gelatin into the cooled tomato mixture.
- Add the small can of washed small shrimp to the mixture.
- Press the 10 deviled egg halves, yolk side down, into the bottom of a ring mold.
- Pour the chilled tomato-shrimp aspic over the eggs in the mold.
- Allow the aspic to set.
- Unmold the aspic onto a lettuce leaf before serving.
