Ingredients

  • 25 jumbo shells
  • 1 lb. mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb. imitation crab meat

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo shells as directed on the package.
  2. Allow the shells to cool and set aside.
  3. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Fill each cooked shell with the mixture.
  5. Place filled shells into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake as desired.
