Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 to 3 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. dairy sour cream
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove egg yolks from the egg whites.
  2. Mix the yolks with the drained and flaked crabmeat.
  3. Blend in melted butter, mayonnaise, grated onion, salt, sour cream, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire, and white pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff the egg whites with the crab and yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish with pimento or parsley before serving.
