Ingredients

  • water chestnuts
  • cream of mushroom soup
  • stuffing
  • celery
  • mayonnaise
  • frozen king crab
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Thaw the king crab and drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, mix water chestnuts, cream of mushroom soup, stuffing, celery, and mayonnaise.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large, shallow casserole dish measuring 12 x 10 x 1 1/2 inches.
  4. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Stir in the stuffing and mix well.
  6. Spread the stuffing mixture evenly on top of the crab mixture in the casserole dish.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
