Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1 well-beaten egg
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat
  • 12 strips bacon, cut into 1/2-inch strips

Instructions

  1. Mix tomato paste with well-beaten egg.
  2. Add salt, bread crumbs, chopped parsley, celery salt, and crabmeat to the mixture.
  3. Mix thoroughly and chill the mixture.
  4. Roll the mixture into finger-length portions, wrap each with half a strip of bacon, and fasten with toothpicks.
  5. Chill the wrapped rolls well before serving.
