Crabmeat Sycamore
Ingredients
- 2 lb. white lump crabmeat ⓘ
- 3 to 4 lb. diced Swiss cheese ⓘ
- 2 pkg. frozen artichokes, cooked and drained ⓘ
- 1 1/2 c. cream sauce ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions (shallots) ⓘ
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 3 Tbsp. butter ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. flour ⓘ
- 1 1/4 c. milk ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- hot sauce ⓘ
- salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste ⓘ
Instructions
- Alternate layers of crabmeat, cheese and artichokes in greased casserole.
- Spoon cream sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 30 minutes until bubbly.
