Crabmeat Sycamore

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. white lump crabmeat
  • 3 to 4 lb. diced Swiss cheese
  • 2 pkg. frozen artichokes, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 c. cream sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions (shallots)
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • hot sauce
  • salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Alternate layers of crabmeat, cheese and artichokes in greased casserole.
  2. Spoon cream sauce evenly over the top.
  3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 30 minutes until bubbly.
