Cracker Chicken Casserole

- Boil chicken for about 30 to 40 minutes on medium heat. After the chicken is done, cut into small pieces and place in a large casserole dish.
- In a saucepan, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of chicken broth, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Cook on low heat, stirring to prevent sticking and burning, until the sauce is warm.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and gently stir to mix well.
- Crush the Ritz crackers and evenly cover the top of the casserole.
- Drizzle a generous amount of melted butter over the crushed crackers.
- Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until the crackers start browning, about 15 to 25 minutes. Keep an eye to prevent burning.
