A hearty one-dish microwave casserole with chicken, vegetables, and noodles, perfect for quick family dinners with comforting flavors and minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 to 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 medium potato, cubed
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 small onions, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • salt to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except noodles in a 6-quart covered casserole dish.
  2. Microwave on High for 30 minutes, then turn chicken pieces over.
  3. Return to microwave and cook on High for another 30 minutes.
  4. Add 1/3 of a bag of no egg noodles to the dish.
  5. Microwave for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from microwave and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
