Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb saltine crackers, crushed into crumbs
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1 large fresh tomato, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 boiled egg, chopped
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add more mayonnaise if the mixture is too dry.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve with any kind of meat.
