Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 lb.) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip (8 or 9 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Cream softened cream cheese and sugar; add mayonnaise.
  2. Fold in mashed cranberry sauce, drained pineapple, whipped cream, and nuts.
  3. Pour mixture into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or Pyrex dish.
  4. Freeze until firm.
  5. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
